[詞彙區別] be filled with 與 be full of 的區別
這兩個動詞片語基本上都有「裝滿~」的意思,唯一微妙的差別在於:
full 是形容詞 (be + 形容詞 + of ) →用在形容充滿狀態
fill 是動詞 (be + 過去分詞當形容詞 + with) →用在形容充滿動作。
full (of something): containing or holding as much or as many as possible; having no empty space
-He drank a full bottle of wine.
-She could only nod, because her mouth was full of food.
-My suitcase was full of books.
-He was full of confidence.
fill (with something): to make something full of something; to become full of something
-Her eyes were filled with tears.
-The sails were filled with wind.
-The room was filled with balloons (by the man).
-Her heart was filled with sadness after reading the story.
